Cinemaztlán presents a cycle of old science fiction films called MadMex: El Futuro más acá' in Melkweg Cinema. Mexican film specialist and researcher Vania Rojas has made a four year research on the Mexican cult / science fiction and co-curated the programme El Futuro más acá. She will give a talk in Melkweg Cinema on this exceptional and barely documented field in Mexican history.
